QuantPlus EarningsPro reads the reports public companies file with the Securities and Exchange Commission, applies one fixed method to every company, and publishes the result. That is the entire product.

It is worth being just as clear about what it is not. The list below is not fine print. It is the shape of the thing we built, and we would rather you knew it before you subscribed than after.

We do not give investment advice

QuantPlus Analytics, LLC is not registered as an investment adviser with the Securities and Exchange Commission or with the Ohio Division of Securities, and does not hold itself out as one. Nothing we publish is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold anything, and nothing is shaped to your circumstances, your holdings or your goals. Every subscriber at a plan level receives the same publication at the same time.

We do not issue trading signals or strategies

There are no buy or sell alerts, no entry or exit points, no price targets, no position sizes, no timing calls and no model portfolio. A score describes what a company reported. It does not tell you to do anything.

We do not predict what a share price will do

Our figures describe what a company has already reported. A measurement of what has happened is not a forecast of what will, and we do not offer one. We publish no returns, backtests or performance claims.

We do not handle your money

We are not a broker, dealer, exchange or trading platform. You cannot place a trade here. We are not a payment service, a money transmitter or a custodian, we issue no virtual currency or stored value, and we have no connection to any brokerage account.

We do not manage assets or accept discretion

We do not manage portfolios, we take no discretionary authority, and we hold no client funds or securities.

We do not collect information about you or your clients

Your account holds an email address, a subscription and, if you choose, a watchlist and the holdings you type in or upload yourself. We have no connection to your brokerage, we never fetch your positions, and we do not execute, hold or custody anything. What you type in is yours, and we do not verify it. We do not ask for your balances, net worth or income, or for anyone else's. See the Privacy Policy.

We do not sell a business or investment opportunity

There is no affiliate programme, no referral commission, no revenue share and no compensation from any company, broker, fund or issuer that appears in our rankings. Subscriptions are the only way this business earns money.

We do not give credit advice

No credit repair, no counselling, no lending, and no assessment of the eligibility or creditworthiness of any person.

We do not fill in what a company did not report

Where a figure is missing from a company's filings, we show that it is missing. We do not estimate it, substitute an average, or put a zero in its place.

What we do instead

We read every filing, apply one fixed method to all of it, and show you the result, what a measurement means and what data went into it. The judgment about what to do with that is yours, and we would not take it from you even if we were allowed to.
