Important Disclosures
DRAFT — PENDING LEGAL REVIEW · 12 September 2026 This document has been prepared by the founder and has not yet been reviewed by an attorney. It states our current practice and will be replaced by a reviewed version.
What QuantPlus Analytics is
QuantPlus EarningsPro is a financial publication. It applies a fixed method to information that companies file with the Securities and Exchange Commission, and reports the result.
Every subscriber sees the same analysis, the same figures and the same explanations — at the same time, and the same thing the founder sees. Nothing we publish is selected, weighted, ordered or shaped to any individual reader's circumstances.
We publish market analysis and research. We publish educational commentary. What we produce are investment ideas for your consideration — and the consideration is yours.
We are not an investment adviser
QuantPlus Analytics, LLC is not registered as an investment adviser with the Securities and Exchange Commission or with the Ohio Division of Securities.
We do not know your circumstances, your holdings, your tax position, your time horizon or your objectives, and nothing we publish is shaped to them.
Nothing in our communications creates an investment adviser relationship between us and you.
What we will not do
This list is not modesty. It is the boundary that makes this a publication rather than an advisory service, and we hold it deliberately.
We will never:
- Hold, manage or take authority over anyone's money or accounts.
- Exercise discretion over a purchase or sale on anyone's behalf, directly or through any automated arrangement.
- Make a recommendation tailored to your situation, or tell you what to buy, what to sell, or when.
- Assess whether anything we publish is suitable for you.
- Ask about your net worth, your account size or your holdings, or route you to different content based on what you own. Our systems do not accept position sizes or account values, and are built so that they cannot.
- Provide one-to-one coaching, trade review or strategy guidance.
If you write and ask whether you should buy something, we will not answer the question. We will point you to the published analysis and tell you the decision is yours. That is not unhelpfulness — it is the line that keeps this a publication.
What a ranking is, and what it is not
A ranking is a measurement of what a company has already reported.
It is not a recommendation to buy, sell or hold anything. It is not a forecast of what any security will do next. It is not a judgement about whether something suits you.
Tier boundaries are yours, not ours. We publish a score and a position. Where you choose to draw lines across that, and what you call them, is your decision — we publish neither our own thresholds nor any suggested naming.
We publish no performance claims of any kind
We do not publish returns. We do not publish backtests. We do not publish hypothetical or simulated results. We do not publish testimonials.
We make no claim, express or implied, about what anyone has earned or might earn using this service.
This is permanent and it is deliberate. A historical simulation run over the companies that still exist is a description of survivors, not evidence that a method works. We would rather publish nothing than publish a number engineered to impress you.
All investing involves risk, including the loss of principal. Past performance does not guarantee future results — and we say that as a warning, not as a disclaimer attached to a claim, because we have made no claim.
What the founder holds
The founder holds positions in some of the securities this platform covers.
Those positions are small, long-only, added to on a regular schedule, and are not traded around the rankings. Rankings and commentary are produced by a fixed method applied identically to every security, and are not influenced by those positions.
We do not publish which securities the founder holds. A published list of a founder's holdings, attached to a service that ranks securities, would function as the recommendation this publication refuses to make.
Where data is missing, we say so
Where we do not hold the data a company would need to be measured, we do not score it and we do not chart it. We tell you the data is missing.
We do not estimate it, interpolate it, or fill it with a zero. A missing value scored as zero is a false statement with a number attached, and it would quietly reward a company for the absence of information about it.
What we measure, by class
We score by class. For stocks we measure quarter-over-quarter and year-over-year changes in reported earnings and revenue, and how consistently those changes run in the same direction.
ETFs and mutual funds are covered, and when they are scored it will be on a method built for their class — a fund has neither earnings nor revenue, and ranking one as though it did would be meaningless.
We publish what we measure. We do not publish the formula.
If you need advice about your own situation
We cannot give it to you, and we will not refer you to anyone.
Questions about your own circumstances belong with a licensed financial professional. You can find one, and verify anyone's registration and disciplinary history, through two public regulatory directories:
- The SEC's Investment Adviser Public Disclosure search
- FINRA BrokerCheck
We have no arrangement with, and receive no compensation from, any adviser, broker, or financial professional. Nobody pays us to appear anywhere, and we pay nobody to say anything about us.
Do your own research
Anything you see here is a starting point for your own work, not a conclusion.
Consider speaking to a licensed professional about your own situation before acting on anything you read anywhere, including here.
